This project consisted of 2 identical properties on one plot. On each building we fitted the roofing works on the main roof, 1st and 2nd floor terraces and the aluminium capping system.
We installed full warm roof systems with Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane as the waterproofing layer. On top of the parapets, we installed PPC aluminium capping systems with secret fix profile holders, colouring to match the membrane (RAL 7015 – Slate grey).
