250m2 Warm roof outhouse extension, complete with 200mm tissue-faced insulation to achieve a 0.11 U-Value. Roof Build up consists of Visqueen Vapour check VCL (Visqueen Vapour check is to omit the risk of interstitial condensation within the structure). 200mm tissue-faced insulation boards mechanically fixed using 75mm insulated tubes and carbon fibre fixings to the 18mm plywood substrate. Alwitra 1.2mm VSK single ply membrane fully adhered to the insulation boards.
