We completed a 30m2 warm roof new build extension.
The property developer insulated from joists underneath to create sufficient u-values. Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane was fully bonded to ply and all laps were homogeneously heat welded to create a 100% waterproof seal. Once completed, coping stones and a skylight were free to be fitted.
