Canford Cliffs Road

The client asked for the old felt to be removed with all plywood and hard edges removed and disposed of. With our knowledge and understanding we advised the client to remove the old felt because of blister discrepancies and cracks. With a new timber surface we would be able to achieve a much better aesthetically-pleasing finish.

New 18mm ply has been fixed to the old existing joists for the water to move freely to the guttering edge and eliminate maximum pooling of water.

Evalon VSK 1.2 membrane has been fully self-adhered to the new formed 18mm plywood. Water check trims and drip trims have been fitted around the perimeter to capture water and allow it to flow towards the guttering edge.
