We worked on this development site on and off for 2 years, completing over 500m2 of warm roof single ply systems and 200m2 of green wildflower systems.
The project consisted of multiple terrace areas and garages. We installed all with – self adhered vapour control layer, tapered insulation scheme (fully bonded), self-adhered Alwitra Evalon VSK. Then a mixture of terrace areas and garages had the wildflower sedum system installed over the top of the new single ply membrane. Great project to be a part of and we have since been back to see the wildflower roofs which are blooming fantastically.
