We were approached by the school due to them having a failing existing roof which was an EPDM material.
We initially conducted a roof survey and report highlighting the issues of the existing roof.
Once we had the go ahead and the scaffolding was installed, we began by stripping the existing roof overing to reveal the plywood substrate. We fixed new 18mm plywood before adhering a new Alwitra single ply membrane system with aluminium trim profiles around the perimeter edge. This included detailing the up-stand steps throughout the roof and creating an aesthetic finish. This project was completed in 2 weeks including final assessment and warranty sign off for the client.
