The Kings Park project included a complete refurbishment of felt roof and decking.
The old decking was completely rotten and not installed properly, which was causing it to rot. The Flat Roofing Company removed and disposed of the old decking and cleaned the existing roof before adding overlay with Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane. A 75mm drip was installed along guttering edge to finish. New decking was then installed with a fantastic finish for the clients who were very pleased with the finished result.
