The Millgate project consisted of installing 180m2 over 3 balcony terraces.
Each terrace had a self-adhered VCL (vapour control layer). A tapered insulation scheme was installed creating falls towards outlet chutes resulting in reduced standing water. Evalon VSK was fully adhered to the tapered PIR insulation for a fantastic finish. Once completed, each terrace was installed with glass balustrades and composite decking on adjustable rubber feet for protection on the waterproofing layer.
