This castle of the top of the hill in Portland facing the sea is now used as a hotel and wedding venue.
They had 3 roof areas which required replacing due to water ingress and condensation. The plan was put into place to complete all of the works at the same time to avoid being on site during an event.
All 3 flat roof areas were the same remedial work. We stripped of the existing Alwitra single ply membrane, fitted a new plywood roof deck and adhered a new Alwitra single ply system with a 25 year warranty with some aluminium trims and outlet work.
