This development site in Surrey consisted of over 400m2 of warm roof installations on three separate properties
We installed a Vapour control layer, 140mm PIR insulation, and Alwitra Evalon VSK single-ply membrane on timber structures. The roofs were fitted with tapered drop-down gutters with made-to-measure aluminium chutes for the outlets.
Other works included waterproofing all the skylights, flues for indoor BBQ areas, a warm roof dormer and a full aluminium capping system. The capping was made-to-measure to cover the parapet details with a great aesthetic finish. Besides covering all the parapets, we installed some bespoke fascia metals on the face of the largest property.
Working closely with the developer, we constructed and installed the roofs to suit their client’s requirements and budget.
