We recently started a new and exciting project in Winchester with Millgate Construction. The project consists of 3 new apartment blocks and we are installing warm roof single ply systems for the large terrace balcony areas on each block.

Plus, we will be adding green roofs to the site which will help with the building’s energy consumption. You can find out more on our Green Roofs page.

The client has also requested us to install tapered insulation schemes to guide the water to the aluminium chutes we have made up. The roof covering will be Alwitra Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane.
