A 75m2 new build top roof based in Cobham was completed using 1.2mm thick Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane straight onto 18mm marine ply up.
A bespoke 220mm flashing was added on to the tiles and finished with a 50mm drip edge. For a 120m2 hydrotherapy room extension, timber falls were built by others to create adequate falls towards outlet chutes. A mechanically fixed system was used with a loose laid VCL and all joints tapped for the hydrotherapy room. A 120mm PIR tissue faced flat insulation board was mechanically fixed with a sufficient number of fixings complying with regulations. It was completed with Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane up and over parapet walls that were ready for coping stones to be installed.
