Roof 1 – Extension
Copse Close extension We installed 15mm over facias vents on top of the facias protected with 1.2m felt support trays. Proctor Roofshield vapour permeable breathable felt with 25mm x 50mm yellow treated battens fixed into the 400mm centre joists. Finished rosemary clay eave, tile & Half’s and plain tiles. Rosemary bonnets were installed to the hips of the extension giving it a nice aesthetic finish. Ultimate dry ridge. Code 4 lead flashings complete around the abutment walls.

Roof 2 – Garage Pitched & Flat
Copse Close Garage we installed 15mm over facias vents on top of the facias protected with 1.2m felt support trays. 150mm cement board to the verges. Proctor Roofshield vapour permeable breathable felt with 25mm x 50mm yellow treated battens fixed into the 400mm centre joists. Finished rosemary clay eave, tile & Half’s and plain tiles. Wet verge (Mortar). Ultimate dry ridge system.

15m2 Alwitra VSK single ply membrane, fully adhered straight to the 18mm plywood substrate. Flat roof perimeter installed with 75mm slate grey water check trims & 50mm slate grey drip trim profiles.
